No Sale of Loyalty Data

Loyalty Program data is never sold to third parties. We do not share your Loyalty Program information with outside organizations for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Loyalty Program account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the information provided in Section 15. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove your Loyalty Program data from our active systems, subject to any retention obligations described in Section 10.

Communications Method

All communications related to the Buck Off Coffee Loyalty Program are delivered exclusively by email. Buck Off Coffee does not use SMS (text messaging) or any other form of mobile messaging for Loyalty Program communications of any kind. If you receive a text message purporting to be a Loyalty Program communication from Buck Off Coffee, it is not from us. Please see Section 6 for our full statement on SMS marketing.

5. Wholesale Program Privacy

Buck Off Coffee offers a Wholesale Program for qualifying businesses. This section describes how we handle personal and business information specifically in connection with the Wholesale Program application and account management process.

Data Collected

During the Wholesale Program application and ongoing account management process, we collect the following business and contact information: business name, contact person name and title, business mailing address, phone number, email address, Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Tax Identification Number, and resale certificate documentation as required for wholesale eligibility verification.

How Wholesale Data Is Used

Wholesale account data is used to verify your eligibility for our Wholesale Program, process and fulfill wholesale orders, maintain required business and financial records, and communicate with you regarding your wholesale account. We may also use this information to comply with our own legal and tax obligations as a seller.

Retention for Compliance Purposes

Wholesale account data, including tax identification and resale certificate documentation, may be retained beyond the active period of your account for the period required by applicable federal and state tax laws and regulations. This retention is necessary to maintain legally compliant business records.

No Sale of Wholesale Data

Wholesale Program data is not sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill wholesale orders (for example, sharing shipping address information with freight or delivery carriers) or as required by applicable law.
