To order our fully recyclable Keurig® Compatible cups, first choose that option from the FIRST DROPDOWN menu. Then choose whether you want "12 count" or "24 count" from the SECOND DROPDOWN. They show as "unavailable" only if you haven't chosen the other option from the dropdown menu correctly.
